RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At TIVOXA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we work with global fulfillment partners including CJdropshipping and DSers suppliers, our return and refund policy follows supplier shipping and dispute guidelines.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The product must include original packaging
• Proof of purchase/order number is required
Customers must contact us before returning any product.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your item arrives:
• damaged
• defective
• broken
• or incorrect
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide:
• order number
• clear photos of the product
• photos of the packaging
• video evidence if requested
After verification, we may offer:
• replacement product
• partial refund
• or full refund
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows no delivery after an extended shipping period, customers may qualify for a refund or resend.
Estimated dispute periods:
• USA orders: after approximately 45 days
• International orders: may take longer depending on customs and shipping conditions
Refunds/resends are not available if:
• tracking shows “Delivered”
• incorrect shipping information was provided
• package was refused
• package was not picked up in time
• customs clearance failed
• no safe delivery location was available
Customers may be asked to provide a non-delivery certificate from the local post office in certain situations.
DELAYED ORDERS
Shipping delays may occur because of:
• customs inspections
• weather conditions
• logistics disruptions
• high seasonal demand
We appreciate your patience during international shipping delays.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
Once processing or shipping has started, orders cannot be canceled.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for returns:
• personalized/custom products
• clearance/final sale items
• used items
• hygiene-sensitive products after opening
• products damaged through misuse
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• the wrong item was sent
• the item arrived damaged
• or the product is defective
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once the return or dispute is approved:
• refunds are processed to the original payment method
• processing time is usually 5–10 business days
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
LOST PACKAGES
If a package is confirmed lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to resolve the issue through replacement or refund where applicable.
Shipping Delays
We work with international fulfillment partners and trusted suppliers. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and carrier delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- High seasonal demand
